
Organic Millet breakfast with seasonal fruits

This Organic Millet breakfast provides you with good energy in the morning and in addition it is rich in iron and minerals.
You need the following ingredients
Fill the almond milk in a small cocking pot in adding cinnamon, honey and a pinch of salt. Join the organic millet to the almond milk and allow to boil the milk. Let simmer for about 7-10 minutes at low temperature. In the meanwhile cut seasonal fruits in small pieces. Add two soup spoon of coconut rasps and one teaspoon of stinging nettle seeds. The seeds of stinging nettles are the new superfood and I’m consuming them over the winter months to boost my natural defence and immune system.
Ready is your Millet breakfast.
