Getting out into nature regularly and walking in a forest is really good. Enjoying the fresh air and getting other thoughts. Maybe you lean against a tree once to hand him your worries. You will feel freer and lighter. You can also simply feel inside yourself. What do you feel when you hug the tree? How do you feel? You can also ask a question inside. Wait and see what happens, what thoughts come to you? Have you received an “answer” to your question?
