In addition to everyday life with children, family, friends, job and partnership, it is also important to take care of yourself. We often forget this, because it can be very stressful. But when we feel good, we also radiate this and our environment perceives us more balanced.
There are various ways and techniques to relax. Everyone is different. Some love to take a nice warm bath by candlelight and immerse themselves in silence, others prefer to take a long walk and enjoy the fresh air and impressions of nature. Sport is also a good way to leave the stressful everyday life behind.
You can also just test it out, how best to come to rest and relaxation. However, the right mixture brings success. It is important to choose different methods and to vary them. Because if you always use the same one, we get used to it too quickly and the relaxation wears off.
If we allow ourselves breaks again and again, in which we concentrate on something else, meditate, do sports and find our peace, we are more balanced and resilient.
To find and stay in my inner center, I use various breathing techniques, meditations or do yoga in nature, long walks, rituals, read a good book in front of the fireplace, go jogging or do other sports, go to the sauna, spend the night in the great outdoors and watch the starry sky or meet with a friend and talk over a pot of tea.
