Trust that good will come into your life.
In everyday life we are exposed to many problems, difficulties and also negative moods. This is very stressful and can have an impact on our mind and mood.
A positive attitude towards life changes everything. Is the glass half full or half empty? If we have a positive attitude and believe in the positive in life, this thought alone brings a smile to our lips. It fills us with joy and cheerfulness.
When we are convinced that all good things will find their way to us, we automatically ensure that abundance is attracted to us. If we radiate positivity such as joy, serenity, love and happiness, this energy will also find its way to us. This is the law of attraction.
The more we come into our strength and build up an unshakable trust to be filled with light, the more calmly we can deal with difficult situations in life. We are deeply anchored with our inner child in this state of unshakable trust in the good, and nothing can upset it so easily. To foster this inner strength, one can open one’s heart. The more open it is, the easier the positive vibrations come back to us. In addition, you can learn to trust your inner voice more and more – also in everyday life. This often happens step by step. In the beginning, it is only small inspirations that we perceive and follow or implement. Later we realize that these intuitions were super advice or right decisions. The more you listen to your inner voice and trust it, the more a harmony between mind and inner voice/intuition is established, so that both gifts are united.
Until we reach the point of trying to listen to what our inner voice is telling us. What does it want, what ideas does it have, what impulses does it give us and only then do we take action. That is, where before we acted rationally and occasionally took up impulses from the inner voice, we now take the opposite approach. Before we act or start to think even, we go within ourselves and ask our inner child. Both can be tried out.
In order to stay in this positive basic attitude, it can be helpful to protect yourself from negative vibrations. These can meet us everywhere. There are various exercises or meditations for this. For example, you can regularly cleanse your chakras. When we feel exhausted from everyday life or we have the feeling that everyday life burdens us and crushes us. There are many free meditations available on the Internet.
Another possibility is to breathe in slowly and close your eyes. Then hold your breath for a few seconds before exhaling again. Do you notice how your head or face tingles slightly and seems electrified? Then you are on the right path. Now repeat this a few times. While inhaling, imagine bright light flowing through your body and illuminating it. Then you hold your breath again for a few seconds and when you exhale you imagine how the luminous body and its aura form or envelop a greenish glowing protective shell.
You can now repeat this exercise as long and intensively as you like. If you are traveling by car, you should not do this exercise. Do it only when you are standing, sitting or lying on solid ground.
