Organic Millet breakfast with seasonal fruits

This Organic Millet breakfast provides you with good energy in the morning and in addition it is rich in iron and minerals.

You need the following ingredients

 

Fill the almond milk in a small cocking pot in adding cinnamon, honey and a pinch of salt. Join the organic millet to the almond milk and allow to boil the milk. Let simmer for about 7-10 minutes at low temperature. In the meanwhile cut seasonal fruits in small pieces. Add two soup spoon of coconut rasps and one teaspoon of stinging nettle seeds. The seeds of stinging nettles are the new superfood and I’m consuming them over the winter months to boost my natural defence and immune system.

 

Ready is your Millet breakfast.

Herb Pyramid DIY

An easy and quick way to build a nice herb pyramid to refine your dishes is to stack different size pots on top of each other as you can see on the photo below.

 

I have used three pots of different sizes. Be sure to use large enough flower pots so that your herbs have enough space to grow and thrive.

Simply fill the flower pots with potting soil and stack on top of each other to get the form of a pyramid. The herbal plants can then be planted. I have mainly selected perennial herbs like Sage, parsley, rosemary, coriander and oregano. This is easier to maintain and I don’t have to replant everything every year.

Now you are ready to refine your dishes!
